What are the requirements for renting an enclosed RV or Boat unit?
- 6-month initial lease for Indoor Boat & RV storage units
- Admin/setup fee is $25
- Refundable security/cleaning deposit - RV & Boat Units $200
- Monthly Auto Payment (processed first day of each month) through Bank ACH, Debit, or Credit Card
- Signed advance approval to have your item towed by and turned over to a bonded impound lot operator in the event of non-payment past-due 20 days or more
- Proof of Insurance - having your property properly insured and your activity on site insured is your responsibility.
- NWA EASY Storage is a self-storage facility and assumes no liability for any damages of any type or cause.
Are there extra fees for the Lowell dump, water, wash and air stations?
No - Typical private party use of these items are Included at no extra charge with your monthly RV or Boat unit rental.
Is there sales tax on monthly self-storage rental fee?
Titled Vehicle Self-Storage:
Yes - The state of Arkansas requires sales tax to be collected on
storage of titled vehicles and boats (with motors).
Household Self-Storage:
No
